Systems Engineering Bid Lead - Bristol - 6 Month Contract - £600 - £700 per day (Inside IR35)- SC Clearance
Our client is seeking an experienced Systems and/or Safety Engineering to develop Bid Solutions for their work with the MOD.
You will have a proven track-record in engineering delivery and consulting, with a strong background in Safety and/or Systems Engineering.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days on site per week.
The Key Responsibilities of a Systems Engineering Bid Lead
- Act as a bridge between the customer requirement and the solution proposed.
- Deliver a coherent and blended engineering solution and author/lead bid responses.
- Take lead role in communicating with the Client, helping to shape and define requirements.
- Provide innovative/cost effective solutions by integrating supply chain capability and capacity as part of an overall blended delivery approach.
Below is a list of Key Skills required for the Systems Engineering Bid Lead role, however you will not be expected to have everything:
- A recognised specialist in either Safety or Systems Engineering.
- Awareness of engineering within the MOD's procurement framework.
- Consultancy experience (Private/Public sector organisations).
- Complex stakeholder management.
- Supply chain leadership and engaging with subcontractors/partners to deliver technical solutions.
