Our client are looking for an experienced Business/Governance Lead to motivate the team to develop and maintain a robust governance structure for all invested assets and to influence all matters relating to their global banking relationships and services.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience of a complex environment with a large number of senior executives and junior stakeholders of mixed ability.
- Relationship Management experience with banking and other companies within the financial services sector.
- Influencing cross functional teams
- Client relationship management experience
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Audit experience within a large and complex organisation
- Negotiation experience with large companies in the financial services sector
- Systems controls set up to reduce risk of error and fraud.
- Systems project management including new systems and upgrades
- Experience in an investment management environment.
