Job Title: Sr. Marketing Ops and Enablement Manager
Location: Maidenhead/Shoreditch (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract initially

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a strong marketing operation professional to join our EMEA B2B Marketing Team. You will drive the campaign operations and enablement strategy to help us achieve our revenue goals and bring the overall team performance to the next level. The role requires someone who is proficient in Marketo, Client's Campaign, Workfront and Team Enablement.

What you'll do

  • Set up the campaign strategy supporting demand generation and field marketing teams
  • Assess campaign health to recommend and implement process improvements
  • Ensure end-to-end campaign governance
  • Troubleshoot process gaps and proactively resolve them
  • Act as primary connector between marketers and marketing technology
  • Provide systems' operational and technical trainings to marketing
  • Centralise the knowledge base and roll out the training program for the regional team
  • Streamline and automate team onboarding processes

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years' experience in a B2B marketing environment, ideally in SaaS
  • Strong marketing automation, CRM, solution consulting background
  • Ability to implement marketing processes at scale with a ROI mentality
  • Excellent programme management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects at the same time with stakeholders across different time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to recommend process improvements partnering with business and technical stakeholders, and drive them through to roll out and adoption
  • Highly analytical, organised, proactive, with strong attention to detail and cross-team collaboration, capable to work in a virtual team environment
  • Excellent communicator, capable of delivering compelling sales and marketing training, process governance while building stakeholders' trust
  • Strong experience with Marketo is required. Client's Campaign is a strong plus.
  • Experience with project management systems (eg Airtable) is required.
  • Hands on experience with Workfront is a strong plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is required
  • Certifications (Salesforce Admin, Marketo Expert) are a strong plus
