Description
Our Higher Education Client is currently recruiting for a Procurement Consultant to join their team at their institution based in the North East of England.
Responsible for:
- Sensing, incubating, and enabling innovative ideas, new business models, and transformation programs for value creation and innovation.
- Facilitating the delivery of high value for money and professional goods, while exercising due diligence.
- Creating and standardising processes and data-driven decisions to increase operation effectiveness
- Facilitating the development, definition and deliverance of innovation and research projects
- Conduct supply and demand forecasting and analysis, in collaboration with the relevant sourcing teams
Person Specification:
- Senior Experience in a Procurement role within the Higher Education or Public Sector.
- Achieved relevant Qualifications
- Immediate Availability
- Previous experience working within a contract or Interim Role
