Junior Data Analyst

£200/day (Inside IR35)
A Junior Counter Fraud Data Analyst needed for a superb 12 Month Contract. Inside IR35, Start ASAP in February/March 2023. A chance to work on a large-scale, complex Government Digital Service (GDS) and GOV.UK projects. Must hold active SC Clearance.
You will be able to work remotely from home (WFH) on a Hybrid basis (1 day a week on-site required) in either London, Bristol or Manchester.
Key skills and tasks will include:
- Must be able to create intelligence, fraud reports to later communicate relevant insights to a range of stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in reviewing and analysing alerts from live service data + write suspicious activity reports and escalating where necessary.
- Provide your support in the creation of risk assessments and relevant policies.
- Identify and help implementation fraud team data requirements, including creating dashboards if required.
- Understand the data flows for the product, and any relevant retention periods.
- Support larger scale analysis across longer time periods, create runbooks to ensure a standardised BAU operation.
- Supporting engagement activities with various stakeholders across the programme and Government.
- Confident providing input to team requirements for the fraud products, staying vigilant to rising fraud issues and trends.
- Must Hold Active SC Clearance
