SAP Basis Administrator | 4months + | Paris
Our Paris-based customer is currently searching for an external French speaking SAP Basis Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Follow-up incidents to meet the SLAs
- Coordinate the Service Provider's AMS BASIS activities
- Escalate incident to the right team or management (SAP, FJT)
- Validate Basis Service Requests
- Provide technical guidance to the Service Provider's SAP Basis environment
- Prioritise incidents
- Organize troubleshooting session and involvement of the correct stakeholders.
- Analyse and follow up action plan based on SAP EWA and Maxattention services recommendations
Required skills:
- Large experience acting as SAP Basis consultant
- Autonomy in dealing dedicated tasks
- Ability to manage complex issues
- Quality and service oriented, ability to deliver and communicate guidelines and reference documentation
- Good French & English skills in written and speaking is required
- Minimum 3 days/week onsite in Paris
Project overview:
- Start date: End February/Beginning March 2023
- Duration: 4months +
- Workload: 5 days per week
- Location: 3 days/week onsite in Paris, 2 days/week remote
- Language: Fluent French, good English
