Position: Onsite SAP CRM and ECC Support Analyst
Location: Cork, Ireland
Rate: Upto 450 EUR/day
Duration: Freelance Contract (5 days a week onsite), EU OR UK Citizens only
We seek a highly skilled SAP CRM and ECC Support Contractor to join a top tech FAANG company in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing production support at a global level by resolving tickets and addressing critical business issues (P0/P1) within the Europe region. In addition, you will be expected to analyze the business impact and risks associated with various problems and provide practical and optimized solutions to maintain business continuity for the client.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve tickets and critical business issues (P0/P1) in Europe within the SLA time frame.
- Analyze business impact and risks associated with various problems and provide practical and optimized solutions.
- Quickly identify issues caused by new project go-lives and resolve them within the warranty period.
- Prepare training documents on critical business processes to leverage knowledge and train business users and fellow team members.
- Propose initiatives to reduce repetitive issues and benefit the client.
- Work collaboratively with ABAP and cross-functional teams to complete developments and enhancements.
- Have a good understanding of the integration between SAP CRM and ECC, and other external systems.
- Have experience in CRM Campaign Management, CRM WEBUI, Middleware, and SAP SD (Order to Cash) business processes.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in SAP CRM and ECC support.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP CRM and ECC, and other external systems.
- Experience in CRM Campaign Management, CRM WEBUI, Middleware, and SAP SD (Order to Cash) business processes.
- Proven ability to analyze the business impact and risks associated with various problems and provide practical and optimized solutions.
- Strong training and knowledge management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
