Role and Responsibilities:
• Work alongside a team on live projects with direct contact with the clients
• Demonstrate the ability to lead people and projects
• Must have pharma industry experience
• Have an excellent commercial acumen, client management and business development skills
• Able to contribute to and work in a collaborative team environment.
Essential skills and requirements:
• A strong educational background (a bachelor's degree is desirable)
• 3-6+ years’ experience in a market research agency
• Experience working on healthcare or pharmaceuticals projects
• Strong moderation skills in a qualitative research setting
• A desire to work in a client-focused, commercial environment
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to meet and exceed goals
• A commitment to producing high-quality work
• A proactive approach to work
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
