Global Process Lead Consultants - D365, F&O, O2C, Salesforce, 3PLs
Xpertise have partnered with a global leading retailer who have embarked on a global transformation programme.
We are urgently looking for multiple Global Process Lead Consultants (D365, F&O, O2C, Salesforce) for an immediate start on a 6-month contract.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing expert advice to internal stakeholders and users on the use of D365, supporting the planning and implementation of new processes and systems across global markets.
The ideal candidates will also have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the O2C inputs to the project working closely with functional experts internally and across implementation partners
- Work with functional experts to identify necessary localisations to ensure regulatory or business model requirements are met
- Support key stakeholders on process direction including design principles and performance metrics
- Support the implementation of D365 across multiple countries and time zones
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a process improvement/process management role
- A strong working knowledge of D365 F&O
- Proven experience of O2C end to end processes (Order to Cash)
- Proven experience of large-scale global transformation programmes
- A good working knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial
- Experience of 3PLs is highly beneficial
- A strong working background in localisation
- Proven experience working with project teams and implementation partners
- Experience within Retail is highly beneficial
Based on international markets. flexible working hours are available.
Roles are remote with travel to Leeds weekly and other global sites when required.
Roles are outside IR35 - excellent rates!
