The Role
Our Client, A FTSE 100 Financial Services firm, are looking to hire a communications manager to work alongside their change team and define how the change will impact key audiences and offer insight on the most effective and engaging approach.
- Shape innovative change communication strategies aligned with corporate Comms and Events plans and business priorities.
- Define core narratives and themes that resonate with B2B clients and employees
- Design and conduct regular feedback and reporting
- Encourage innovative and creative approaches that drive a high-quality audience experience and enhance engagement strategies
- Set standards for effective change communications and promote best practice throughout the business
What We're Looking for
- Significant experience of leading change communication workstreams for major programmes
- Extensive financial services experience
- Strong understanding of the change management process
- Great understanding of audience segmentation and management
