SAP MM (PTP & Celonis) Business Process Analyst

6 - 12 month contract + extensions

Hybrid remote - up to 40% travel in Europe and the UK.

An excellent opportunity for a SAP MM (PTP & Celonis) Business Process Analyst to join a leading international end client on a minimum 6 to 12 month contract + long extensions. Start ASAP. Must be based in the UK or EU and happy to travel up to 40% within Europe.

The Business Process Analyst will work closely with key Stakeholders to enable the PTP workstream to realize business value with Process Mining. Data driven analysis of business processes (eg through process mining), develop new and innovative ideas for process improvements. Be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.

Responsibilities:

- Process Standardisation

- Identify and support the development of PTP process key performance indicators and Operational reporting

- Continuous monitoring of process and control effectiveness with use of scorecards and process mining tool (Celonis).

- Process Improvement

- Conduct data driven analysis of business processes (eg through process mining tool) to produce insights on process inefficiencies

- Supporting the PTP team on finding, measuring and prioritizing value cases with process mining tools.

- (Co-)facilitating multiple workshops on value framing, process analysis, process conformance and process improvement activities

- Support decision making by modelling and simulating what-if scenarios

- Facilitate process improvement and cost-saving initiatives

- Project Management & Support

- Support PTP Workstream experts to prioritise actions based on impact value assessment

- Governance of projects status and action plans

- Documentation

- Identify gaps in process flows and create required process flow diagrams

- Develop SOPs that facilitate knowledge of process model activities, tailoring procedure guides for training and operational requirements

Key Skills:

- 3+ years experience in Procurement/Finance/Project and/or Process management.

- Excellent understanding of end-to-end Procure to Pay processes

- Solid Experience with Process mining tool Celonis

- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized

- Proven ability to perform business process value stream mapping and process analytics

- Strong communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills

- Experience in writing detailed business process documentation

- Fluent in Business English both written and oral
