Position: Technical Product Lead (End User Computing) SC Cleared
We are looking for candidates with sufficient EUC experience at an infrastructure level required for this role. Our client can not consider CV's for delivery/project management focused candidates.
As a Product Manager your main responsibilities would be:
- Support the design and transition to future technology services and environments.
- Act as SME for EUCS technology environment assisting in operational activity and business change.
- Measure and monitor the Infrastructure roadmap across all dimensions.
- Responsibilities to input into the IT asset Management roadmap.
- Drive continuous improvement and introduction of IT best practice into all areas of process, metrics and performance.
- Deep understanding of a large enterprise estate infrastructure and interdependencies on supporting technologies.
- Competent in writing detailed project documents for complex technology projects.
- Ability to communicate and present complex topics in an easy-to-understand format
- Proficient in data analysis and able to utilise tools to obtain insight
- Maintain knowledge of emerging device and infrastructure trends, new technologies or standards to enhance EUCS technologies.
- Liaising with technical teams to ensure that operational principles are Embedded in designs.
You'll have relevant experience in:
- SME level technical understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access solutions including Azure Active Directory, MFA, Windows Hello for business and Active Directory
- Technical SME for end user hardware/software
- Technical SME for Monitoring endpoint estate - particularly if they have product experience of Nexthink
- Product management in a large enterprise.
- Familiar with delivering services via suppliers and in house teams and squads
- Able to run multiple complex engineering and architectural efforts simultaneously
- Able to influence and lead on significant change across the organization
- Able to develop strong relationships in complex stakeholder networks.
- Deep working knowledge of infrastructure components within technology environments.
- Proactively managing exceptions and challenges
- Use of recognised methodologies or structures - TOGAF
- Knowledge of platforms used in geographically-distributed systems architectures.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Experience of working as part of a dynamic team.
