Description
Cloud Consulting have partnered with a leading company to manage an end-to-end digital transformation programme for a leading blue chip company to transform its commercial platforms and customer touchpoints.
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the project.
The project is a hybrid one with 3 days on-site with the team (either Heathrow or Central London), and 2 days remote.
The project is outside of IR35.
Your expertise:
Working in commercial environments to design digital prototypes for online services
Working in an agile environment, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to create designs
Designing based on user insights
Creating clickable, Hi-Fidelity, pixel perfect, production ready prototypes in design tools (eg Figma)
Contributing to the creatioPn of design systems, and ensuring consistency of designs with established design systems
Designing user flows and journeys based on best practice and user insights
Communicating designs, and representing design decisions with key stakeholder groups
Working with technical stakeholders to explain designs
Deliverables:
You'll be helping to build and shape the design of an advanced data platform for a leading company, working in a multi-disciplinary data team.
Will involve working with user researchers, product designers (UX/UI), service designers, product owners and technical teams to ensure a consistent and delight driven experience
Working in an agile team, and contributing during agile ceremonies (eg sprint planning; show and tells etc.).
Designing digital user flows based on Jobs To Be Done, Service Blueprints, and User Journeys identified
Designing digital prototypes, going from low to high fidelity, iterating based on user feedback identified by user researchers
Creating pixel perfect designs ready to be handed over to developers
Preparing JIRA tickets and working with technical teams so they are able to develop designs and put in to production
Presenting designs in show and tells, and explaining design decisions to senior stakeholders
Collaboratively solving design problems, and identifying concepts that need testing in user research
Using Design Thinking and Agile methods
Design tool will be Figma
