Hi,
I am currently partnered up with a consultancy who are working alongside a Government agency in their search for an Oracle ERP Change Manager.
To be required for this position you must hold active SC clearance.
You will be responsible for;
- Knowledge Transfer- assess internal Corporate Services Modernisation capability, identify gaps, support with on-the-job upskilling and coaching.
- Capability Development- implement enterprise-wide change management. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of the new systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement- identify and engage with stakeholders to ensure that they are fully engaged and informed throughout the change journey.
Contract Length; 6 months initially (view to extend to 12)
Day Rate; Market Rate
Mode of Work; Hybrid (1-2 days a week onsite)
