We are looking for a Clinical and Implementation Manager to work within the healthcare sector.
Location: Remote working - Occasional travel to the midlands
About the role: Responsible for delivering against NHSSC standards for customer engagement, specification development and product testing/evaluation within a CMSP.
Support the quality assurance of activity within a CMSP.
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidates will have a proven Supply Chain and Category background with following skills/experience:
- Strong Contract Management and Category Management experience delivering specific goals within category strategy/plan
- Experience in procurement and/or supply chain operations
- Experience of using Quality Management System, coordinating product testing and contributed to QMS business processes and policy
- Experience of change management and project management including risk management
- Experience leading the change management process and actively engaging with stakeholders
- Experience delivering change in complex environments with demonstrable outcomes
- Experience of working with category service providers, preferably in the implementation of recommendations, frameworks, regulatory changes and new strategies.
- Knowledge of clinical products or medical devices within the NHS or healthcare is advantageous
- CIPS qualification is desirable
- Prince 2 or similar project management qualifications desirable
