Data Insights Manager
6-month Contract
Hybrid - London, Milton Keynes, or East Kilbride 2 days per week
Market rate inside IR35
It will be highly advantageous if the ideal candidate holds active SC clearance.
- Developing and maintaining Data Insights processes, policies, procedures.
- This role is not for a Data Engineer/Data Scientist, essentially the successful candidate will be Analysing the ticketing information from ServiceNow, and trying to identify trends and put forward recommendations for improvements to improve the IT Service Desk Function.
- Curating the ITSM Data Model, ensuring that data is of an appropriate quality, coherence and relevance.
- Supporting Product Teams and ITSM Capabilities to use the Data Model for Data Insights and service reporting via best practice, tools and templates.
- Providing support and guidance to Product Teams and ITSM Capabilities in using the Data Model for Data Insights and service reporting via best practices, tools and templates.
- STAR reports
- Signposting the IT Service Management organisation to Data Insights best practice, tools and templates.
