Description
My client is currently in the market for a Quantity Surveyor who has Civils experience to work on a project based in Brighton, starting in March.The project is working on a substation and the contract is for 12 months with potential to extend and the rate will be in the region of £300 to £350 a day depending on experience.
The Quantity Surveyors key duties will include but are not limited to:
* Involved with commercial aspects of contract finalisation negotiations.
* Responsible for all Quantity Surveying duties of Project Management team on site.
* Preparation of Monthly cost reporting.
Experience with substations would be beneficial
High degree of commercial awareness
Full clean driving license
