Description
My NHS client is looking for a Change Manager / Change Lead to work alongside the ePrescribing and Medicine Project Manager.You will need to have experience in the following:
- Change Lead for a clinical system around ePrescribing and Medicine Management with experience in the following:
- Work on process maps
- Document the work flow
- Look at existing state work flows
- Design future state work flows
- Work with the change, test and training teams
- Engage stakeholder management skills
- Gap analysis
- Take people through the future state
- Able to stick to timeframes and project plans
- Raising risks and issues and working through them with the Project Manager
- Competent with Visio
Start date: ASAP
Location: London
Duration: 3 Month initially
You will need to have previously worked with ePrescribing and Medicine Management. Due to to the timeframes you will need to be available immediately.
