Global Direct marketing agency in London are going through a period of large growth and expansion and are hiring for an experienced Senior Planner to join the Planning department and provide strategic expertise to aid continuous growth.
Responsibilities:-
- Lead planning role for a number of clients, ensuring both client and agency meet objectives and targets.
- Create a strategic planning relationship with Senior clients
- Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the volume of campaigns, working closely with data planners & analysts to create test, learn and optimise strategies.
- Cross channel data and comms planning (on and offline)
Experience:-
- Customer engagement strategies - CRM programmers, customer brand experiences, communication plans
- Customer journey mapping
- Insight development
- Manage your own personal development
- In-depth understanding of segmentation and creating highly targeted and engaging comms strategies.
