Medical Staffing Project Manager

I'm currently recruiting for a interim Medical Staffing Project manager for a Trust in the South West. You will be responsible in will be leading a project around Medical Staffing efficiencies. These are split up in 4 separate work streams:

- Medical locum processes including reviewing procurement methods
- Policies around premium payments
- On call rotas - Assessment of the intensity of payments
- Absence Management and policies

You will need to be at a senior level within Medical Staffing and have the drive, pace and mindset of a project manager. You must have strong stakeholder engagement and management.

The contract will initially be for 3-4 months with huge potential of extension paying a competitive day rate.
