Huxley Engineering (part of the SThree Group) are currently looking for a Senior Consultant (Recruitment experience not needed) to work in the lucrative Operations & Manufacturing market for Senior hires. We're looking for someone with a proven background within B2B sales, ideally field based. Solution selling rather than volume sales is desirable. Will need to have experience of booking their own appointments and when not on the road meeting clients it's preferable that their appointment making day is office based rather than from home. Ideally looking for someone who has had around 3 years + experience with B2B. Industries they could come from including IT (a lot of this is Solution selling) or any sector where they are perhaps selling a service.A strong Commercial Acumen is essential, as is experience of presenting to senior people.An ability to build long lasting client and candidate relationships will be required so this will suit an individual with a commitment to providing a high level of service, focussed around delivering value. Someone who sets and manages achievable expectations, with both themselves and their clients and candidates alike, and ensures that commitments are met consistently. Will need to be comfortable with being out of the office attending lots of client and candidate meetings.
