Up to a 90k total package.
Potential to be fast tracked through to a principle consultant if targets are met.
Qualifications
- Managing the successful delivery of complex client engagements
- Taking responsibility for commercial management on projects and engagements by managing budgets, pricing structures and financials
- Facilitating complex workshops, planning and shaping work of others in the team
- Leading by example, developing expert knowledge of your client's business and building trust and long term client relationships
- Taking responsibility for teams of and client staff, setting objectives and performance management
- Counselling Manager responsibilities, taking responsibility for career development, morale and guidance of others
- Developing opportunities for future work with clients, and growing client accounts
Preferred Skills
- Significant experience in a Consulting environment leading and delivering a range of consulting engagements
- Extensive experience in a number of core consulting capabilities, and expertise in an area of interest; project management, transformation & change, technical architecture, ITIL, process
- Experienced in Architecture
- Experienced in Cloud
- Experienced in infrastructure
