The project: End-2-end project management of an application platform development team.
Your tasks:
- Managing change programs in teams related to process improvement, operational maturity and SDLC improvements (i.e. Agile) with all its costs allocated to each project
- Managing issues / risks on projects with timely issue escalations and suggestions for issues resolution
- Providing periodic status reports to program lead, stakeholders, and various governance forums
- Performing root cause analysis of issues related to data or business requirements
- Following through on issues and open items with multiple stakeholders globally and developing and proposing solutions followed by an accepted conclusion
Your experience/skills:
- Strong project management and people management skills with proven track record of managing large complex projects
- Proven ability to drive changes within teams both culturally and in terms of process
- Ability to be proactive in identifying opportunities for process and systems change
- Strong knowledge of project management discipline and fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail, and highly analytic and creative
