Description
Reporting to the HR Director and with a dotted line to the Medical Director, the appointed individual will be responsible for the management of the Recruitment function including Medical Staffing.To be considered for this assignment you will be an experienced HR professional with strong Recruitment management skills with experience of recruiting in the NHS at all levels up to Director level, experience of national and local Recruitment campaigns. In addition to this, the successful candidate will boast expert Medical Staffing experience, have a strong grasp of Medical and non-Medical T's & C's and be experienced in leading on high level and complex Disciplinary & Grievance investigations.
Also providing key Medical Staffing advice to Divisional Managers and supporting the HR Director on the next round of Junior Doctor's rotation, this assignment is for 3 - 6 Months and interviews are set to commence from Monday 1st March 2015.
This assignment is paying a day rate of £200 - £250 per day.
