Description
Scrum Master - Insurance - Contract - LondonMy client is looking for a scrum master to join the change department to work with and on behalf of the business to define, prioritise, plan and deliver a programme of strategic and tactical change across all business areas, in order to enhance change capability and maximise delivered value.
The key purpose of the role is to work with Agile teams and the wider business, in order to promote the adoption of Agile methodologies which deliver improved efficiency and effective use of resources.
Key Requirements
- Thorough understanding of the fundamental processes behind Agile processes, and in-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (preferably for Scrum and XP)
- Broad experience of successful Agile project delivery
- Expert in Agile requirements, including User Stories and BDD, and in gathering and communicating Agile metrics
- Experience of Agile mentoring and coaching, guiding teams through conflict and facilitating workshops, including retrospectives
- Good understanding of development methods and processes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Exposure to XP development techniques, including unit testing, test-driven development and continuous integration
Awareness of development platform technology
