Office Relocation Project Manager - Banking - Manchester - £/dayOur client, a leading UK Retail Bank, are currently looking for an Office Relocation Project Manager to work out of their Manchester offices on a long-term contract basis.
The Office Relocation Project Manager will be responsible for defining the strategy for a large premises relocation project that will involve heavy 3rd party supplier relationship management and legal contract negotiation.
The successful Office Relocation Project Manager candidate will have the following:
- Extensive demonstrable experience project managing large scale office moves, ideally within Financial Services
- Superb third party supplier relationship management skills & experience
- Strong experience analysing legal contracts and negotiating new terms
- Ability to establish an office relocation strategy from scratch, successful candidate will be able to offer advice and devise suitable approach from day one with minimal or no guidance
