Supplier Risk Manager - Investment Bank - LondonMy client, a Top Tier Investment Bank, are recruiting for a Suplier Risk Manager, to coordinate and oversee risk management efforts across the the group and working together with the business units.
Core Accountabilities
- Responsible for managing an co-ordinating the Investment Bank's most important supplier relationships, and deliver effective commercial and risk management across a portfolio of vendors and working directly with the Business Unit Supplier Relationship Mangers and Accountable Executives
- Responsible for ensuring supplier management is in line with all relevant BU and Group policies and governance and to work closely with the Business Unit Supplier Mangers and Accountable Executives to complete Supplier Management activities
- Operating the control frameworks required to manage key risks associated with the engagement all external and internal suppliers to IB globally.
- Works collaboratively with Supplier Management leadership and other business areas to clearly define boundaries, interactions and roles and responsibilities with Supplier Management.
- Managing IB operational risk profile and ensure compliance with all appropriate Group policies and requirements
- Shapes effective, meaningful and easy to use KPIs for use group wide.

- Evidence of key internal & external stakeholder and customer relationship management
- Strong relationship management at senior levels - internal and external
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Good understanding of Supplier and Operational Risk tools and techniques
- Good understanding of Audit processes & procedures
Essential Skills
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience of executing Service and Supplier Relationship Management, including essential business theory, supply chain relationship management, organisational behaviour, performance management, contractual/deal expertise and risk management processes.
