I am currently looking for a Head of Patient Safety to work within NHS Organisation in the East Midlands.Job Title - Head of Patient Safety
Rate- £350 - £400 (DOE)
Contract Length - 4 to 5 months
Location - East Midlands
Start Date - April

Role
- As Head of Patient Safety you will lead on the Patient Safety Agenda
- Manage the full SUI process including RCA
- Management of Incidents
- Head up Patient Safety projects in line with the NHS Commissioning Board Priorities
- Monitor the organisations compliance with the commissioned service
- Implement Clinical Governance within the Patient Safety department
