I am currently looking for an experience Project Manager to work on shaping Community Health services in the Midlands.Rate: £400-£550
Duration: 7 Months
The role will involve:
* Producing, presenting and gaining both agreement and signoff from all senior stakeholders of the business case the PID, and project deliverables. This is a high profile project with a lot of CCG, partner organisation and public interest and input.
* Identifying the business requirements and what success will look like to the business along with how this will be measured.
* Work with partner organisations and workstream leads to identify the likely impact of the five year strategic plan upon the CCG locality.
* Develop a compelling case for change which accurately describes the impact of the strategic plan on primary care, mental health, community care and community hospitals within the locality.
* Develop a number of options for the potential delivery of community services within the locality, including an outline business case for each option.
