Description
A Compliance Manager is required for a London based bank with a global presence to focus on enhancing the conduct and culture across multiple business areas. This will ensure the bank is in line with the Conduct Risk frameworks set out by the internal conduct risk teams.As a part of your role you will need to identify trends, concern and gaps from comments which have derived from different business areas. In order to maintain this and ensure you are in touch with such concerns you will be required to build, maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the bank.
Having experience working with MI will help as you need to report back with a fair bit of data to multiple senior stakeholders.
Your aim should be to become a role model for other compliance staff and effectively act as an ambassador for the Conduct Risk teams to the business.
The team is expanding heavily so there is currently a senior manager position and a manager position available within this team.
With conduct risk being a relatively broad subject, we are keen hearing from candidates across multiple business lines and functions. Ideally you should be from a compliance function from the financial services sector.
