Description
Due to maternity, my client is seeking to appoint an interim Head of Medical Staffing into their HR function for a period of 6 Months. Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will be an experienced Medical HR professional with experience gained at Manager or Head of level. In addition to this, the postholder will need to demonstrate:-Experience gained in multiple Acute Hospital settings
-Up to date knowledge of Medical Staffing policies and procedures
-Ability to build relationships with Clinicians
-Knowledge of Medical HR grievances and disciplinary cases
-Experience of managing a Medical Staffing or HR Team
-Understanding of Junior Doctors rotation and Ts & Cs
