IT CHANGE ANALYST (ITIL/SERVICE DESK)
A large industrial organisation in Brussels are requesting an experienced IT change analyst (Change Orchestrator) for a 6 month contracts follows:-
The main duty of Change Orchestrator is to coordinate the preparation of the Change to facilitate its authorization.
Main Activities:-
The Change Orchestrator responsibilities typically include:
- Verifying that RFCs are correctly filled-in
- Allocating RFCs to appropriate change authorities based on defined criteria
- Formally communicating decisions of change authorities to affected parties (a minimal change requestor, change implementer, change authority)
Helping to plan the deployment, during the service design stage of the service life cycle, in conjunction with personnel from other teams and functions particularly people who will execute the change as well as the requestor.

Requirements:-
- Serious technical knowledge of IT infrastructures activities
- Planning Management
- Use of standard office tools (Outlook, Office, )
- Escalation management
- Project Management knowledge
- ITIL certification
- Use of ITSM tools
- Basics negotiations skills
- Customer oriented mind
