CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE ADVISOR

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Customer Service Executive Advisor, to join their project in Germany

Position Title: Customer Service Executive Advisor
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months contract
Location: Germany

Responsibilities:
- Establishing customer service operations for Telecom operators in Germany
- Providing guidance for delivering customer services
- Communication with German operators
- Identifying new business opportunities

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Experience in setting up call centers (including to set up new sites end-to-end including agents, technology, etc.)
- Experience in taking over call centers (including people transfer)
- Experience in consolidating call centers
- Implementing call avoidance strategies
- Experience with German telecom operators
- Fluent German and English language skills
