My London based NHS client are planning to undertake a TUPE of an Acute service, in addition to an increase of employmentThe post holder will
Take a lead on a programme of work relating to the induction, socialisation and management of incoming staff
Reportable to the HR business Partner
The successful candidate will
Have recent experience of TUPE in an Acute sector, strong training and development experience and group meditation.
They will be confident and have the ability to control a room.
They will have strong stakeholder engagement skills
They will also have a mix of strategic and practical hands on experience as the project requires both.
The contract is expected to last 12 months.
