Description
This is a great opportunity to work as a Senior Business Analyst within a well established Financial Services organisation on a large CRM Systems Change project - this would suit you if you come from an Insurance/Financial Services background or have worked within a Payments and Billings area of a business.
About the role
The Senior Business Analyst would be working within the transformation team, working closely with various senior stakeholders across the business. You will be required to have a good knowledge of CRM/IT Systems, as you would be liaising and working very closely with developers. You will also be leading a small team, so previous experience of team leading would be essential.
Skills and Experience
- Financial Services/Insurance or Payments & Billings experience
- CRM/IT Systems Background
- Team Leading
- Transformation/Change Management experience
- Minimum 5 years within a Business Analyst capacity
