A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of our Edinburgh based Financial Services clients who are seeking an experienced, Change Analyst to join their expanding team. In this 6 month contract you will be supporting a Project Manager within the Insurance Portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Defines scope and business priorities for small scale changes or assists in larger scale scoping exercises
* Manage small change from definition to delivery, under guidance of a project manager
* Specifies, understands and documents business requirements as directed, ensuring traceability
* Analyses requirements for adherence to business objectives and for consistency, challenging positively as appropriate
* Works with the Business Analysis team to take ownership of requirements from larger projects moving from detailed design to delivery
* Works with stakeholders to prepare for business readiness as part of the project delivery; across business operating model, defect management, communications, capacity planning, training and business checks definition and execution
* Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems, and identifies options for consideration
* Works with business/users in defining acceptance tests and then managing the process of defect categorisation and prioritisation
* Experience of the Insurance Industry a benefit but not mandatory
