Vacancy Description
The key purpose of this role is to take a senior lead in supporting the successful delivery of the strategic budget planning process across Insurance Operations (Life, Pensions & Investment)
The role holder will be expected to be a subject matter expert across a wide range of planning and customer contact systems and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of operational procedures in a multi-site environment.
The role holder will ensure that there is sufficient operational resource to meet customer SLA's as well as ensuring planning analysis and resource schematics are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
