Location - Portugal
Duration - 9-12 months
Rate - Irl/EU market rates.
An experienced Project Manager with expertise in the software delivery space is required for an engagement based in Lisbon, Portugal on behalf of an Irish software company. The business is involved in a significant business and technology transformation and is utilising the services of a third party Portuguese vendor. the contract will be based almost full time in Lisbon with some time spent back in Dublin if required/desired.
This is a key project for the business and as such the following will be required;
Large Scale Technical project management:
Technically diverse IT projects (complex):
Managing a large vendor based IT project:
Handling cultural difference between Teams:
Managing a small growing vendor/outsourced company:
Defining metrics around complex projects:
Managing technical depth/difficulties between two teams:
Managing projects with significant time zone differences:
In addition to the above FLUENT BUSINESS PORTUGUESE IS REQUIRED as well as a valid EU passport.
