My local authority client are looking for an interim Head of Finance for a 6 month assignment on London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior level financial accounting, strategic management, and procurement advice to the Councils corporate finance department.
We are looking for someone with financial experience at Head of Service level in Local Authorities. Experience and credibility at a senior level is essential.
The council is going through a large transformation programme. Experience of working in organisations undergoing significant transformation will be beneficial for this.
The assignment will initially be for 6 months.
