I am looking to hire a Financial Analyst in London with my public sector client.
This is a contract role for 4 months.
Experience Required
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and BPC essential.
- Client facing experience essential including written communication and meetings with directorate directors.
Key Tasks and Deliverables
- Manage the production of accurate, timely and fit for purpose financial reports for submissions to directors, finance leads and budget managers.
- Detailed first quarter review of forecasts with budget holders, challenging the underlying assumptions used.
- Assist with the upload and review of 15/16 budgets ensuring reconciliation with finalised corporate plans.
- Reconciliation of FTE data ensuring consistency with finalised corporate plans.
- Provide detailed monthly reporting to senior management to assist with decision making.
- Assist in co-ordinating and collating responses to NAO year end queries including reviewing proposed audit adjustments.
- Assist with preparation and analysis of data required for SR15 including liaising cross Departmentally both within Group Finance, the Rail Executive and with other stakeholders .
