My client, a private health insurer, are looking for a Risk Analyst to join a Solvency II programme.
Knowledge/Experience:

Two years of hands on experience in rolling out and maintaining a risk management framework. A clear view should be held on:

Optimum number of risks for a firm to report against;

Risk incident reporting and how best to facilitate this;
-
The role of emerging risks in a risk framework
-
How to score risk assessments
-
-
Stress and scenario testing experience an advantage
-
Risk appetite setting an advantage
-
Sound experience of Risk and Control indicators.

Good experience of what good practice looks like for controls across most categories - Financial; Insurance; Reputational; strategic; Operational risk.

Experience of working in a Private Medical Insurance or healthcare provider a major advantage
