Interim Finance Manager required:
Creating a competitive advantage is fundamental for business survival; my client is a highly sort after Technology Company providing software for large corporations. The company aids with ensuring the flow of information is sustained throughout an organisation, which in turn allows their clients to quickly respond to changing market demands.
This exciting three month interim opportunity will allow the successful Finance Manager to:
- Perform monthly reporting on balance sheets, income statements and variance analysis under US GAAP for four different entities.
- Take full responsibility for all financial accounting requirements including the provision of annual information for fiscal accounts and tax returns, ensuring all fiscal deadlines are met, together with the organisation of the audit.
- Liaise with FP&A department to include review & analysis of the accounts.
To be considered a successful candidate you must be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with significant financial accounting experience including involvement with preparation of statutory accounts under US GAAP.
