Project Details: My NHS client based in Yorkshire is currently looking for a interim Complaints Manager to work on an initial 3 month contract.

As the Patient Experience manager you will provide leadership on all Incident Reporting within the Trust and guide the team how concerns and complaints should be dealt with. You will also be involved in making sure that all incidents are closed within the time frames provided.

The NHS Patient Experience Manager will also play a key part in reducing the amount of incidents that are currently breaching and costing the Trust. Also you will help the Trust in looking at their Strategic direction and help them achieve their goals.

The role will allow you to Develop and maintain links with key stakeholders, including clinicians, patients and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to show your passion for patient concerns and help improve the care that is given to the public.
