Interim Change Lead - Netherlands
Netherlands based client is currently in the market for an interim Change Lead to manage the business change, comms and training work steams of a major transformation programme.
The ideal consultant for this role will have the following skills/experience:
- Strong Change Management delivery background
- Experience of managing programme communications
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams globally
- Experience of managing the delivery of training workstreams (ideally to a global community)
Initial 6 month contract with strong likelihood of extensions.
