A European Order to Cash Process Lead Consultant is required for an interim assignment based in Berkshire. This role has the opportunity for international travel as you will be dealing with a wide range of European entities.
A large Blue chip company based in Berkshire are currently recruiting a role which will allow the successful candidate to become a key player within the company; aiding with the vision, strategy and objectives for the O2C work-stream on a European basis.
As the successful O2C Process Lead Consultant you will be required to exercise your extensive knowledge in order to stimulate change management within the company by Identifying, planning, developing and implementing process improvements by utilising best in practise and bench marking metrics. Furthermore, you will be developing the current year and longer term vision for the O2C work-stream in line with the different departmental business objective. Effective communication skills are also of high importance as this role will require you to liaise with senior management. Therefore, you must have the necessary gravitas in order to influence these key stakeholders.
The O2C Process Lead Consultant must have extensive knowledge on the O2C process and be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) ideally with system knowledge on SAP. Your CV must also emphasise a proven ability to lead credit & collection teams.
