Senior Analyst with experience of budget and resource planning required for a six month contract with a leading financial services organisation based in Edinburgh.In the position of Senior Planning Analyst you will be supporting the delivery of the strategic budget planning process across insurance operations, covering life, pensions and investment. The ideal candidate will have experience of using various planning and customer contact systems, tied with an in depth understanding of operational procedures in a multi-site environment.
The role:
- Delivery of strategic budget planning
- Ensuring operational resource meets customer SLA's
- Producing timely resource schematics and analysis plans
- Production of operational forecasts
- Preparation of complex technical analysis
- Identification of potential risks
About you:
- An excellent background in resource and budget planning
- Expert across a wide range of planning and customer contact systems
- Solid understanding of operational experience within a multi-site environment
- Experience producing operational forecasts
- Excellent communicator with brilliant stakeholder management skills
- Ideally a financial services or Insurance background
