Contracts Manager - Band 8a- Job type: Contract
- Salary: £300 - £400 per day
- Location: Lancashire
I am currently working with a highly ambitious & well respected NHS CSU who are looking for an interim Contracts Manager to join their high performing contracts team on an initial 3 month contract.
Contracts Manager will be:
* Managing the main Mental Health contracts portfolio on a daily basis, there will also be smaller community contracts to manage
* Ensuring KPI's are logged & to a high standard
* Making sure providers are held accountable if they are not performing
* Organising internal & external meetings with board members & partners
* Liaising with the Performance, Information & Finance teams on all aspects of contracting
Requirements for the Contracts Manager:
* NHS Contract management experience is essential
* Experience of negotiating contracts will be ideal
* Mental Health contracts experience would be useful although not essential
* Proven background in implementing change
* High level stakeholder engagement skills
* Influencing skills
* Background in line management would be useful
