Description

Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Ensuring all client and stakeholder operational queries are accurately answered in a timely manner.
  • Guiding clients through the on-boarding process (account opening and transacting, documentation checks, investor eligibility assessment, and transition management).
  • Maintaining investor account information and activity records.
  • Managing small and large-scale projects aimed at creating efficiency and improving client experience.
  • Completing operational due diligence questionnaires.


The Applicant
  • Excellent Academic Record (2:1 Minimum)
  • Professional Accounting Qualification: (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
  • Client Facing Skills
  • High Level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly with excellent written and oral communication skill
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
