The Market Leading Client that I am working with is looking for a Project Manager to be in uxbridge. Candidate must have IT and previous retail experience.Managing And Leading The Project Team
- Leading the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
- Project governance and lead the PMO
- Monitor progress and performance of the team
- Deal with project issues and escalate where necessary.
Developing And Managing The Project Plan
- Translating and scoping the strategic goals of the project into delivery roadmaps that make sense and are achievable
- Defining project structures, work packages and identifying resource and budget needs
- Ensure key milestones and deliverables are implemented in line with the project plan.
- Status reports to the project sponsor and entire team
- Manage scope and change control and deal with escalated issues where necessary.
