Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3017 for anIT Onsite Supporter (f/m)
Project environment:
A Swiss private bank is looking for an IT Onsite Supporter to perform basic IT Support Services, based on IT Service Desk Tickets and on request of responsible Global IT Onsite Support Manager.
Tasks:
Incident management:
• Works onsite on request and supervision / with telephone support of IT Service Desk to support the fast restore of a reported service disruption / degradation. This includes incident investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery.
Request fulfillment management:
• Act as local contact for hardware IT Onsite Support (related to IT Onsite Supporter inquiries and request fulfillment tasks).
• Responsible to check a delivery (HW / SW / services) against an order and signs off or rejects delivery confirmation.
Change management:
• Provide advice and support requestors in the execution of their EWP and Server Room related change requests.
Inventory management:
• Spare EWP hardware (implemented onsite as “hot stand by” equipment) as well as defective / end-of-lifetime EWP hardware is assigned to this IT Onsite Supporter.
• Responsible to check availability of local EWP hardware on a regular basis and reports deviations to the Global Manager of IT Onsite Support (functional lead).
Knowledge management:
• Support the knowledge management process with contributions to the development and review of hardware lifecycle related documents.
Quality management:
• Support the quality management process with contributions to the development and review of quality management related documents.
• Reports work progress as well as work results in accordance with the agreed reporting framework.
Requirements:
• Communication skills in English and French (both fluent verbally and in writing).
• Customer oriented behavior.
• IT affinity and bank knowhow is a plus.
